Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Indianappguy Tech Pvt Ltd (“we”), which operates TalkToAds at talktoads.com. By connecting TalkToAds to your Meta account or an AI app, you agree to them. If you use TalkToAds for a business or for clients, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on their behalf.
1. The service
TalkToAds is a remote MCP server. It lets AI apps you choose (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Cursor) read and change the Meta ad accounts you share with it, when you ask them to. Campaigns, ad sets and ads we create start paused and only go live when you approve.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your ad accounts, your ads, your budgets and everything you approve to go live.
- Review drafts before approving them. AI apps can misunderstand requests; the paused-by-default design and change log exist so you stay in control.
- Follow Meta's Advertising Standards, Terms and Commercial Terms, and the laws that apply to your ads.
- Only connect ad accounts you are authorised to manage.
- Don't use TalkToAds to run deceptive, illegal or prohibited ads, to scrape data, or to overload or reverse-engineer the service.
3. Ad spend
Your ad spend is billed by Meta to the payment method on your ad account. We never charge a percentage of ad spend and are not responsible for amounts Meta bills you for ads you approved or changes you requested.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. A task is one tool action TalkToAds runs for you. Unused tasks don't roll over. You can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Meta and AI apps
TalkToAds depends on Meta's Marketing API and on the AI apps you use. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Anthropic, OpenAI or Anysphere. If they change or limit their services, parts of TalkToAds may stop working.
6. Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we access and store. You can delete your data at any time; see Data deletion.
7. Disclaimers and liability
TalkToAds is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee any advertising result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or ad spend.
8. Ending access
You can stop at any time by removing TalkToAds from Facebook. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or Meta's policies.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
